Mandatory skills:
· Experience in Modular Mining Applications (like Dispatch, Minecare, Powerview), User Profile management, troubleshooting issues & Managing Vendor/User requirements, Service Monitoring, etc.,
· Experience in supporting COTS applications, ticketing tool (ServiceNow), and Modular Mining tool.
· Experience in application support (L2/L3 level) and working in Application Support services like handling incidents, changes, problems, service requests adhering to SLAs, knowledge in CMDB Configurations in ServiceNow ticketing tool.
· Having experience in Splunk (for Monitoring), Ansible (for Automation tasks) is added advantage.
· Involve in RCA activities in Problem Management, Password in-compliance, DRP, Day-Light Saving, etc.,
· should be flexible to deal with Spanish people
