Job Description The position reports to Technology Architect and interface with Global IT Team. The position will be in IT Technology Services Global Network Services (Customer Connectivity Solutions Team) department. The position skill set should have very good communication skill (both Oral and Written), ability to handle business customer and escalations, will contribute towards solutioning and designing of network connectivity extension to Customer, responding to RFP, handling technology transformation project and Network enhancement projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for handling Customer and Business Team for new Design and RFP's.
  • Responsible for handling customer queries.
  • Responsible for vendor coordination, activation of WAN links (MPLS, Internet, P2P, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for Change request, Maintenance, business approvals.
  • Responsible for creating Visio diagrams, technical documentation update posts every changes.
  • Responsible for coordinating with vendors, OEM, and service providers during crisis scenario
  • Work on technical requirements for setting up of new IT infra and M&A integration requirements.
