Power Apps Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power Automate and Power Apps Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and managing low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate, to improve and automate business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, build apps, and support ongoing optimization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
• Create, manage, and automate workflows and processes using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and third-party systems.
• Customize existing solutions and troubleshoot performance or integration issues.
• Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and transform them into scalable, efficient, and supportable applications.
• Implement security roles, data policies, and permissions to manage access and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize app and workflow performance.
• Stay updated on Power Platform features, connectors, and best practices.
• Document system design, configurations, and user guides.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proficient in creating Canvas and Model-driven apps.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Office 365 integration.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, and PowerShell is a plus.
• Familiarity with data modeling, JSON, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or similar certifications.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of governance, licensing, and scalability best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem.
