Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Support Executive with 4+ years of hands-on experience in supporting and managing SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server, user support, site configuration, permissions management, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for SharePoint users across departments.
Manage user permissions, access requests, and site configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues related to performance, access, and functionality.
Support content migration, version control, and document management practices.
Assist in training end-users and creating user guides or support documentation.
Coordinate with IT and development teams for escalated issues or enhancements.
Monitor SharePoint site health and usage, and generate periodic reports.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in SharePoint support (SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019).
Strong knowledge of SharePoint features such as lists, libraries, workflows, web parts, and content types.
Hands-on experience in managing permissions and site collections.
Basic knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 services.
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) for issue tracking and resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SharePoint administration and central administration console.
Knowledge of InfoPath, Nintex, or third-party SharePoint add-ins.
Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell) for SharePoint administration tasks.
Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS-900, SharePoint Associate) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
