Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)**	Strong expertise in developing and maintaining Automation scripts in UFT. Experienced in integrating UFT with ALM, and BPT framework. Good Logical and programming Skills in VB Script. Worked on Framework development and enhancement tasks. Experienced with ROI calculation for Automation Projects. Exposure to Mainframe Automation.
Good-to-Have	Knowledge on Insurance domain is preferable Good verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills
