3+ years of experience in testing
Should have sound knowledge of the QA Process
Should be able to perform QA activities like planning, execution, scheduling and tracking
Should be able to communicate with developer on technical terms and create test cases based on developer notes and unit test cases,if needed.
Should be experienced in performing various types of testing - system testing, regression testing, SIT etc
Should be able to estimate effort required for various types of testing activities
