PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Main responsibilities/ Principal duty
Key responsibilities:
  • Production Executive for Bakery Production line who assures consistent production through Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)
  • Handle Client (Workers)
  • Compliance to processes
  • Providing documentation
  • Control production to minimize losses
  • Delivering quality products to customer
  • Production planning & time management
SKILL REQUIREMENTS/ BEHAVIOURIAL TRAITS
  • Relevant Bakery experience of minimum 2 years
  • Exposure to Bakery production line
  • Open to work in rotational shifts.
EDUCATION / EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate/Post graduate in Food Technology is preferred
  • Any Graduate with relevant experience shall work


TARGET COMPANIES
  • Any Bakery company
  • Candidates having Buns/Breads experience would be preferred
