1. Should be having hands on experience on Java, J2EE technology. 2. Should be having hands on experience in Struts ans Spring framework. 3. Should be having good communication skills. 4. Should be able to communicate with clients and provides solutions. 5. Ready to work in UK shift (2PM- 10:30 PM). 6. Should be technically strong to mentor the team whenever needed.
