Job Description:
· 8 to 10+ year experience in webMethods production Application Management + Administrator area
· With good development work experience.
· Resource needs to be tech leads in all aspects - Strong design skills, understanding of platform, Architecture hands-on, knowledge of products, Knowledge of network setups for integration.
· Should have hands on experience on webmethods 9.12 and 10.3 version including UMS as well.
· Should able solution oriented to resolve complex issues.
· Should able to lead team who is working in 24*7 production support in below area 2 areas primariy.

1. Webmethods Admin area:
- Relevant working experience on WM versions 9.X/10.X
- Installation and configuration of different webMethods components - IS, MWS, UM etc..
- Applying patches/Fixes to the servers.
- experience in monthly WM product Maintenance tasks.
- Need to support on-call for Production.
- Hands on experience in writing WIN and shell scripting.
- Deployment of webMethods packages through Jenkins/webMethods Deployer.
- Intensive knowledge in housekeeping and Monitoring of WM KPIs.
- Timely Maintenance of webMethods application servers.
- Taking thread dumps, heap dump in case of sever issues and analysing the same.
- creating tickets to SAG and work for product issues.
Production Support/Maintenance area:
- Relevant working experience on WM versions 9.X/10.X
- Analysis of existing interfaces.
- Experience in support related issues.
- Coding and debugging existing Interfaces.
- Resolving day to day problems faced by team members.
- Involved in having calls with customer and internal application teams.
- Good experience in trouble shooting issues in Universal Messaging Queues, Channels.
- Responsible for testing the interfaces and moving it to Production environment as well as providing warranty support for the same.
- Involved in creating cut-over plan and migration of the code
- Preparing daily report on the project status and sharing the same with client.
- Analysing the issues in production environment and obtaining more information from users.
- Monitoring all the EAI and B2B transactions.
- Experience in handling P1, P2 INCs and working effectively with partners and solve in time.
- Ability to understand full functionality from source application to target application.
- Critical Bug fixing and Code changes for any emergency fixes.
- Debugging and resolving issues in EDI applications.
- Reprocessing and resubmitting the EDI files.
- Handling the webMethods and EDI planned and unplanned outages.
