We are looking for a Full stack React JS lead to build functional and efficient server-side applications. Lead's responsibilities include participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle and coaching junior developers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation, Motivate team members
  • Client training needs and provide coaching
  • Should have Min 8+ experience in React JS
  • Should have very good aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have hands on experience in Java and Python.
  • Should have hands on experience on AWS.
  • Hands on with SQL and databases.
  • Hands on frontend development skills – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, React.js.
  • Should have very good communication skills. Supervise the testing of application and ensure that all the bugs are fixed.
  • Develop technical documentation for the application.
