SAP SD
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for Sales & Distribution processes and translate them into functional SAP SD solutions.
Configure and maintain core SD components: Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, and Pricing.
Manage and support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process in SAP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, and WM for process integration.
Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
Provide L2/L3 production support for SD processes, resolving incidents and service requests.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in system upgrades, migrations (to S/4HANA), and support data migration activities.
Prepare training documentation and deliver user training sessions.
