| Detailed job description - Skill Set: | - Day to day activities include to validate the requests from service Now ( Change requests , RITM, and schedule tasks) to gather the requirements and check with the requesters to align on the functionality of the applications against to the client standards.
- Validating the requests and start working on the packaging activities.
- Performing the quality analysis for the applications that are packaged by the offshore team.
- Involve in the UAT with the business users / business stake holders.
- Release the application to the production post approvals from the business.
- SCCM troubleshooting skills are mandatory to resolve the issues if any during the packaging and UAT process
- Automations of the packaging will be mainly going to use the PowerShell scripts .
- Support the business on the ad-hoc requests for creation of the applications and the troubleshooting on-demand basis.
- Supporting the business and providing the best approach to the deployments with the Change Advisory Board and User Engagement team.
- Client management.
