- Summary:
responsible for handling the team of outbound sales communication operators.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to deliver defined Team KPIs (Business Targets)
- Ensures his/her team operators are delivering individual outbound/Inbound calls target, Call Done, Conversion, leads & Tickets closure etc
- Monitoring calls, giving feedback, Preparing reports and report to management on areas of improvement
- Conducting team meetings, pre/post/mid shifts.
- Roster/shift planning and control shrinkage
- Minimum experience required- 1 years (OB/Inbound Call Center)
- Minimum HSC.
- Good communication skills - Hindi/English both written and oral
- Ability to lead and manage the teams
- Well versed with MS office
- Knowledge of PPTs & creating content will be an added advantage
