JD for Azure Cloud Engineer:-
Azure other cloud Technical Specialist responsible for managing & administering various Cloud based computing solutions.
Good experience in working with Azure, server, Patching tools, troubleshooting as well as configuration.
Work in collaboration with IT Management to ensure operational security, maintenance and governance.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for working in a mixed Windows and Linux software environment.
2. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in enterprise level cloud account administration, troubleshooting issues and incident management.
3. Ready to adopt new technologies and flexible to work in 24*7 shift.
4. Strong experience in working on P1 & P2 tickets and follow service operation (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
5. Must have strong technical knowledge of virtual machines IaaS ( understanding Code (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).
6. Proficiency in Azure Iaas and PaaS technologies and services Installed, Configured, troubleshooting of Azure Compute instances, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Storage Monitor, Snapshot, Azure Storage, VNet, Load Balancers and RBAC
7. Good knowledge and experience in Azure OMS, Log Analytics monitoring alerts and taking them to resolution.
8. Implement, deploy and configure Azure VMs, Storage, Network & Connectivity and NSGs
9. Manage hosting plans for Azure Infrastructure
10. Knowledge in implementing & deploying workloads on Azure virtual machines (VMs)
11. Implement storage related to blobs, Azure files, SQL & recovery services and managing the storage access
12. Good knowledge in windows PowerShell scripting and Azure automation
13. Build VMs in Azure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates
14. EMS/OMS experience would be added advantage
15. Work directly with customers to create complete solution and resolve complex support incidents related the Azure billing platform and subscription management through various support offerings.
16. Practical problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
