Core Accountabilities Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM, GRC and platform capabilities Implentation of Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity, and other risk management processes Working knowledge in governance, risk, and compliance role, such as external auditor , control owner, audit manager or internal auditor Experience creating workflows for creation, business rules, UI Policies, and data integrations. Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements Strong knowledge and understanding of Mid Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer and SSO, API's and IntegrationHub Ability to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages Advanced scripting experience utilizing best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etc Working knowledge in more than one of the following disciplines: Operational risk management, enterprise risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, vendor management , audit management, corporate compliance and policy management. Minimum Qualifications B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record Total Experience in ServiceNow development- 4 Years. 3+ years' experience with IRM, GRCC, SecOps Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform in general and Integration tools Experience working within Agile delivery methodology Preferred Certifications: ITIL V4 foundation certification ServiceNow Sys Admin |
