SCCM/End user support, operations team member


Skills: Its primary Operational work (L2). Design or architect experience is not expected

• SCCM deployment (application, legacy package and task sequences)Hands on experience: 30% of work
• Remediation: 60% - 70% of work

Troubleshooting and automation of desktop client remediation issues
Diagnose, identify, isolate and analyse problems throughout the environment

• Understands Vulnerability and security related patching, monthly OS patching process
• Moderate experience in PowerShell or any other scripting
• Experience in Intune, CMG and Autopilot will be bonus
