Business analyst with 5-8 years of experience in Healthcare/Lifesciences domain, working knowledge of Copilot Studio, experience implementing Copilot studio.
Should have strong background in customer care processes (like self-service, omnichannel support, CRM, KMS, Complaints & Claims etc)
Strong business analysis skills like requirement gathering, requirement elicitation, process mapping and design, etc
Good understanding of scrum and agile methodologies
