Review application data model and define the business record ? Identify the record classes applicable for an application ? Work with application IT teams for technical review ? Develop entities, roles, retention policies in the tool ? Create archival and purge jobs ? Perform unit testing ? Write Test plan and test scripts for data validation ? Participating in updating the business continuity plan ? Need to be extremely skilled in Data Life Cycle Management. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Good problem solving and analytical skills ? Take ownership of any task from requirement gathering to implementation without or minimum assistance. ? The flexibility to work outside of normal working hours to meet deadlines. ?
