Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall upkeep of the equipment's to high standards of operations, maintenance and cleanliness.
- Co-coordinating with the onsite team to ensure smooth functioning and maintain business as usual.
- To take ownership of all tasks on the facility and clearly delegating onsite works.
- Understanding of the detailed scope of services as agreed with vendors.
- Prepare the PPM schedules and checklist for the equipment's at site and adhere 100 % compliance to the PPM activity.
- Maintain and update the PPM track sheet.
- Maintain a data card for site to cover the statistical information on day to day activities.
- Co-ordinate with OEM for service obligation as per AMC & in case of Breakdown of system.
