Responsibilities:

System Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems, including SAP HANA, ECC, and S/4HANA.
- Manage user access, roles, and authorizations within SAP.
- Monitor system performance, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
System Upgrades and Migrations:
- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and migrations.
- Manage transport systems and ensure proper software installation.
Performance Tuning and Optimization:
- Implement proactive monitoring and tuning strategies to optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
Backup and Recovery:
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Manage disaster recovery planning.
Support and Problem Resolution:
- Provide technical support for SAP systems.
- Respond to user tickets and resolve SAP Basis issues.
Cloud Experience (If applicable):
- Deploy and manage SAP systems on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Work with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
