Lead or participate in SAP Concur implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Configure Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice modules based on business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define process flows, and map those to Concur functionalities.
Manage integration with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or other financial systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle).
Develop and execute test plans, UAT, and cutover activities for go-live.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to Concur workflows, reports, and configurations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) and external vendors as needed.
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Support compliance and policy enforcement by leveraging Concur audit rules and workflows.
Assist in creating custom reports and dashboards using Cognos or Concur Intelligence.
