Desktop Management - Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and patches.
Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Maintain asset inventory and perform regular audits of IT equipment.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device provisioning.
Set up and support VPNs, remote desktop access, and mobile device management.
Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
Collaborate with IT teams on larger infrastructure and security initiatives.
Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in a knowledge base.
Provide support via ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshdesk.
