We are hiring for the role of Desktop Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS environments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and patches.

  • Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

  • Maintain asset inventory and perform regular audits of IT equipment.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device provisioning.

  • Set up and support VPNs, remote desktop access, and mobile device management.

  • Monitor and maintain system performance and security.

  • Collaborate with IT teams on larger infrastructure and security initiatives.

  • Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in a knowledge base.

  • Provide support via ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshdesk.
