• Must have adequate exposure in .Net, C#, SQL
• 3-5 Years of experience in application support (incident mgmt, change management and problem mgmt) is must.
• Knowledge of tools like Dynatrace and service now.
• L2 level application support for middle-ware would be preferred.
• Should be capable of driving major issues in a bridge call and should be very good in analytical skills.
• Drive excellence in application monitoring, log mining & performance tuning.
• Produce high quality support domination.
