· Batch and application support experience with very good exposure to SQL and ITIL(Incident and Problem Management) framework and having around 4 years of exp.
· -- Must have experience of ticketing tools like Remedy, Servicenow.
· -- Must have very good communications skills both written and spoken.
· -- Must be quick learner and have problem resolving attitude.
· -- Must be a team player.
· -- Any programming/development background is desirable.
· -- Must be willing to work in 24*7 shift, with night shift for a week once in 2 months.
