Technical/Functional Skills

Minimum 4+ years of experience in data visualization, very good database understanding with data architecture and data flow.
Proficient in SQL/PLSQL and Good to have any ETL knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of Financial data / separation-migration project could be plus

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using TIBCO Spotfire.
Implement custom visualizations and analytics to meet specific business needs.
Connect Spotfire to various data sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files.
Prepare and transform data for visualization, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Use Spotfire's scripting capabilities (e.g., Iron, Python, R, or JavaScript) to enhance functionality.
Optimize Spotfire dashboards and reports for performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity, visualization, or performance.
Document Spotfire solutions, workflows, and processes for future reference.
Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills to address data visualization and analytics challenges.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
