· Able to patch the CyberArk application and co-ordinate with infra teams during patching.
· Working knowledge of Unix and MS OS platforms.
· The gateway's in IPSEN are deployed in docker, knowledge on docker is desired.
· Must be able to perform the L2 tasks within CyberArk.
· Must understand the process and reporting of PAM activities.
· Good communication skills.
· Have knowledge and must be able to perform DR activities.
