Skills:-
  1. Design, develop, document test plans, test criteria, test cases and acceptance criteria.
  2. Quality and test advocacy and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.
  3. Document test results as per standards.
  4. Writing test cases, test plan and its execution.
Required skill set
  1. Strong in ANSI SQL / PL SQL and analytic skills.
  2. Experience with IBM rational QA tools, especially RFT is mandatory.
  3. Testing experience in Healthcare is a must.
  4. Knowledge in deriving test scenarios / cases from use cases / requirement specifications.
  5. Expert at test execution and status reporting [Preferred].
  6. Exposure in Informatica /Any ETL tools will be added advantage.
  7. IBM Netezza knowledge. [Desirable, not mandatory]
