Diverse Lynx is looking to fill Business Development Manager - US Staffing.
Location - Princeton, NJ and Noida, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have minimum 4 years of experience into Business development. Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes
- Make new Clients (MSP/VMS Clients) based in the United States and gather requirements and negotiating deals with the Clients.
- Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to enhance Business relations.
- Prospecting and outreach for the new business and generate sales leads as well as closing the sales.
- Involved in end to end business development activities.
- Responsible and accountable for all aspects of assigned VMS/MSP client relations management, including cultivation, Administration and maintenance of the VMS/MSP client relationship.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations.
