SAP Concur

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the configuration and deployment of SAP Concur Travel, Expense, and/or Invoice modules.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Concur systems and processes.

• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Analyze and optimize existing Concur processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution design, and ensure successful implementation.

• Manage integration of Concur with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday).

• Prepare documentation including process flows, configuration guides, training materials, and support documentation.

• Conduct end-user training and change management activities.

• Ensure adherence to compliance, internal audit, and financial control requirements.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
