Kronos Workforce Management
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support Kronos WFM modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduler, Accruals, and Leave Management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Provide ongoing support including issue resolution, enhancements, testing, and end-user training.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with IT and business teams.
Develop and run reports using Kronos WIM, Workforce Analytics, or other reporting tools.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, union rules, and internal policies through accurate system configurations.
Participate in end-to-end implementations, from planning and design through go-live and support.
Work closely with payroll, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
