Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have Technical:
- Experience with Java/J2EE, SQL and OIM 11g R2 PS3
- OIM Connectors Active Directory, RACF, and Flat-file
- Working experience on SOA workflows
Non-Technical:
- Good communication skills
- Good reasoning and analytical ability
- Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle Standards (SDLCS) and applicable Data and Technology Services Policies and Standards.
- Display intermediate knowledge of continuous integration practices, source code management and deployment strategies.
- Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Work as a technical expert with clients, analysts, programmers and other team members to develop solutions within the Oracle Identity and Access Manager suite.
2 Onboarding various in-house Applications onto OIM
3 OIM Provisioning, De-provisioning, and Certification processes
4 Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
5 Provide application support, which includes problem research, analysis, and resolution
6 Develop/Update SOA Workflows as per the business requirements
