Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and a strong understanding of SAP integration patterns and cloud solutions. This role requires technical proficiency in integration design, configuration, development, and troubleshooting, along with a focus on delivering scalable and effective solutions for our business processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP integration solutions in the cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Design & Implementation:

  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions for various SAP and non-SAP applications.

  • Create integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI and design integration processes based on business requirements.

  • Develop interfaces between SAP and third-party systems using SAP CPI.

  • Work with SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, etc., to integrate data seamlessly.

• Customization & Configuration:

  • Configure adapters (e.g., SOAP, REST, IDOC, RFC, OData) and integration scenarios in SAP CPI to ensure data flow between systems.

  • Work on message mapping, data transformation, and routing based on business needs.

  • Handle integration challenges such as security, error handling, and performance optimization.

• Development & Troubleshooting:

  • Develop and customize mappings (XSLT, Java, or other formats) for data transformation in CPI.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across SAP CPI interfaces, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

  • Work with developers to create custom connectors, adaptors, and solutions within the CPI platform.

• Testing & Documentation:

  • Conduct unit and integration testing to validate integration scenarios and ensure seamless system communication.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration designs, iFlow configurations, and testing scenarios.

• Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and IT teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions.

  • Support SAP CPI applications post-go-live by monitoring and maintaining integration scenarios, performing regular health checks, and optimizing performance.

  • Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues during and after deployment.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with SAP's latest releases, features, and best practices related to CPI and integration technologies.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to existing integrations and integration processes to optimize business functionality and performance.

  • Contribute to the automation of integration processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
