SAP-CS
Must be proficient in the Customer Service CS and Sales and Distribution SD SAP modules.
At least 2 implementation or roll out experience in S4 HANA Projects.
At least 10 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, Architecture Design detailing of Processes.
Must be proficient in the following business processes - Master Data Management, Service Order Management, Contracts Management, Project planning, Costing, Revenue, Warranty, Billing, monitoring, Repair project planning. Work with onsite team members, onsite key users and managers. Prepare Configuration, Solution Design Documents, Functional Specification Documents. |
