Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, maintaining, and documenting scalable data infrastructure and products in complex environments.
- Proven track record in architecting, implementing, and documenting end-to-end data solutions.
- At least 2+ years in a Tech Lead role, leading all aspects of projects.
- Advanced expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Datalake, along with Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of databases and SQL, including query optimization.
- Hands-on experience across all stages of the data lifecycle, including:
- Data modeling, governance, and quality assurance.
- Scripting and automation for workflows, version controlv(Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong skills in designing and implementing data pipelines for cleansing, transforming, and serving data.
- Proficiency in architecting and deploying large-scale distributed systems for data processing and analytics.
- Competence in DevOps and DataOps practices, including infrastructure as code.
- Data Engineering Skills:
- Ability to design, deploy, and maintain systems for data processing, cleansing, transformation, and integration.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, data management, and data strategy/governance.
- Ability to deploy secure and compliant software that adheres to data privacy and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities, including technical influence to drive initiatives.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software engineers, data scientists, and business partners, to achieve shared objectives.
