Exchange Server
OWA; Outlook desktop client troubleshooting, Exchange server, ACTIVE DIRECTRY, EXCHANGE, OFFICE 365.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, support, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server infrastructure (on-prem and/or hybrid).
Manage Exchange Online via Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell scripting.
Handle mailbox migrations, database availability groups (DAGs), backups, and disaster recovery.
Configure and manage Exchange connectors, transport rules, mail flow, and spam filtering.
Monitor Exchange health and performance, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
Implement security measures including multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption, and anti-phishing policies.
Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts related to Exchange and messaging.
Perform regular updates, patch management, and capacity planning.
Collaborate with other infrastructure, security, and support teams for integration and support.
