Servicenow Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
Customize and enhance existing ServiceNow modules using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Workflows.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other standard integration approaches.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
Maintain platform health and ensure compliance with ServiceNow development best practices.
Develop and manage CMDB data and relationships using Discovery and Service Mapping.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
