(Ultra 9.3/Ultra 10/IMPACT 360 V11.0/ IMPACT 360 V11.1 / IMPACT V15.X / VOIP).
- Advance L2 trouble shooting on Ultra 9.3/Ultra 10/IMPACT 360 V11.0/ IMPACT 360 V11.1 / IMPACT 360 V15.1 / VOIP.
- Knowledge on SQL Databases/Oracle Database.
