· OS Monitoring – Knowledge of agentless and Agent based monitoring toolsets, especially for configuration
· Windows Systems – Knowledge of Perfmon and WMI which are the key sources of data for monitoring tools (open source or vendor)
· Unix Systems – Knowledge of SSH connectivity and basic OS commands such as DU, SAR etc., that collect OS metrics for monitoring
· Open Source Monitoring – Knowledge with various toolsets such as Zabbix or others
· Synthetic Monitoring – Knowledge of the Sitescope (creating monitors, configuration)
· Application performance Monitoring – Knowledge of the New Relic / DynaTrace (creating monitors, configuration)
· Should be available for On Call Support
· Knowledge of Service Now (as user)
