1. 7+ years of experience with Primary Skills - ARIBA on Demand & Secondary Skills: Java, Unix & Oracle. 2. Should be able to lead team and work in Onsite-offshore model 3. Should be able to handle the client queries/issues 4. Should be able to establish relationship with client technology, Biz, BSD and other stakeholders required for delivery of the Production support activities 5. Should be able to learn and provide ideas for issues resolutions, Root cause analysis and fix 6. Should be ready to work on applications other than ARIBA 7. Should be proactive to take responsibilities 8. Should be open to learn other technology and for reporting activities as required.
