The requirement is for Data analyst kind of role with core SQL hands on exposure, not a typical DW/BI/Reporting position.
Actual work in Tableau will be minimal. More skill is needed in writing SQL for requested business scenario. Client interview will also follow the same format
They will ask the candidates to write the SQL for a given scenario , like eg (given an employee and manager table, write a query to get the 4th largest salaried of the employee whose manager is has 5 or more reportee, this is just sample, client will give actual their own business scenario and ask to write quries on video during the interviews.
