Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Citrix environments for end-users.
- Configure and troubleshoot Citrix servers, including Citrix Hypervisor (formerly known as Citrix Essential Server).
- Manage Citrix VDI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to Citrix products.
- Provide expert-level support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) integration with Citrix environment.
