Requirements:
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with CSM.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Agent Workspace.
Proficient in CDMB and data loads.
Excellent scripting skills with well awareness of best practices.
Should have knowledge of SLA's
Should have hands-on experience with Flow Designer
Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Providing technical solutions for the requirements.
Work on the production issues for the fixes.
Debug issues related to performance and provide fixes to those.
Coordinate with the PO for the deliverables and prioritization of the tasks.
Prepare the runbook for the releases and coordinate during the release.
Mentoring the team to upscale them and provide help on need basis.
