· Should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub (ServiceNow IH)
· Develop automation workflows based on the requirement by working closely with specific SMEs to gather the necessary information
· Collaborate with project manager to track status, backlog, new requirements and prioritize the workloads
· Coordinate with vendor to fix tools related issues and follow up on enhancement requests to manage availability and performance of the automation tools
· Experience in developing Flows, SubFlows & Action through Flow Designer as per the requirement.
· Experience in using existing Spokes and custom integration in single and distributed environment.
· Experience in using Java Script in Flows, SubFlows and Actions.
· Experience in troubleshooting available Flow, SubFlow, Actions issues.
· Intermittent knowledge on CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping
