Overall 3-6.5 years of experience in Infrastructure, operations and support.
Experience in Exchange 2013/2016 and Exchange online.
Strong knowledge of mail flow.
Hand on experience in PowerShell.
Cisco IronPort experience is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills on all type of client/server-side issues (Outlook and outlook for mobile).
Good understanding of Exchange server patching.
Strong knowledge on Database availability Group.
Good knowledge on Exchange Hybrid setup.
Working experience with Microsoft cloud platform and Office 365.
Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, and its integration with Exchange OnPrem and Exchange online.
Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions (Enterprise Vault) a plus
Worked in Microsoft support environment.
Ability to perform RCA for critical cases.
Willing to work in 24/7 operations in the rotating shift.
Diagnosis of incidents, problems and change implementation
Cooperation and consulting with experts in other technical areas
Participation in projects and transitions of new services
