Devops Engineer- Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer with 4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), cloud infrastructure, and automation. In this role, you will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline the software delivery pipeline and ensure the efficient operation of our systems. You will also be responsible for optimizing deployment processes, improving scalability, and ensuring high availability of our infrastructure

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.

  • Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).

  • Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Shell scripting for automation tasks.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

  • Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, or similar technologies.

  • Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, ELK Stack).

  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS), and load balancing.

  • Experience with database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) in a cloud-native environment.

• Other Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
