About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our growing mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile development best practices, Flutter framework, and a strong portfolio of released applications on Android and/or iOS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Flutter applications.

• Translate UI/UX designs into code with precision and pixel-perfect execution.

• Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers.

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Stay up-to-date with new Flutter releases and ecosystem tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile development with at least 2+ years in Flutter.

• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.

• Experience with state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).

• Familiarity with integrating native SDKs and writing platform-specific code using platform channels.

• Proficient in version control systems like Git.

• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

• Experience publishing apps on the App Store and/or Google Play.

• Knowledge of Firebase and cloud-based services is a plus.
