JD:
Need 5+ years of experience in Dell BOOMI integration development and Support
2. Must be ready to work in any shift
3. Must have strong knowledge of Dell Boomi Administration. Professional certification preferred.
4. Deploying the developed code to various instances.
5. Troubleshooting and perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents and problems
6. Provide required information (code, files, data) from Production servers whenever requested by Dev team/business.
7. Must have Unix knowledge, experience on Linux is mandatory
8. Must have worked on Unix shell scripting.
9. Must know functionalities like SFTP, disk management, job scheduling, job monitoring
10. Experience on tools like FileZilla, control M will be optional
11. Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for standard request and KEDBs for known issues.
12. Preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document for major incidents and working on problem records
13. Managing on-call support for outage incidents and providing regular updates to affected stakeholders/business owners
14. Daily and Weekly Status Reporting and Reviewing
