Scrum Master + Financial Services/banking background :
Should have minimum exp of 7+ years to 10+ years
> * Should have minimum exp of 2+ years in Financial Services/banking domain
> * Must have played a Scrum master role in the last 2 projects
> and have at least 2-3 years of running agile PODS.
> * Have knowledge of all Scrum ceremonies like, Sprint Backlog
> planning, DSM, Retrospective, Sprint Review etc..
> * Have worked on tools like Jira , Confluence.
> * Good communication Skills.
> * Should be able to create reports like Sprint velocity and
> other metrics for senior management.
