  • Should have 4-10 years of hands on experience in PeopleSoft Admin
  • Should have PeopleSoft Overall System Administration knowledge
  • Should be able to handle PeopleSoft Security
  • Should be able to handle Job scheduling and monitoring
  • Should have PeopleSoft Upgrade Experience
  • Should have knowledge on PeopleSoft PUM Update
  • Should have Archival - Experience in OPTIM is a must
  • Should have PeopleSoft Data Masking knowledge- must have relevant experience in at least 2 projects
  • Should have knowledge on Production refresh
  • Should have knowledge on DR and BCP planning and execution
  • Should have knowledge on Database tuning and performance
