We're looking for a Sybase+ DB2 Developer with ETL.
In this role, you would be responsible to enhance and integrate new functionalities into existing database and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Writing generic and reusable database components including Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Index, Tables, using Sybase database.
- Write complex SQLs and Procedures with optimized joins and keys using T-SQL
- Develop and enhance the mappings using ETL tools to load the data from flat files to database.
- Doing performance tuning and query optimization based on the query plan.
- Handling and maintaining large database and applications,
- Scheduling Jobs using Autosys and monitoring Batch processes and doing daily batch support.
- Investigating and debugging database issue and queries raised by business users for data discrepancies.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors in BTech/MTech/MCA or IT Computer Science
Preferred qualifications:
- Writing complex queries using joins.
- Good at Performance Tuning and Optimization.
- Knowledge of DB2 in addition to Sybase

Primary skill : ETL
Secondary skill : DB2 / Sybase + Oracle and python good to have.
